Document Collection & Delivery
Micrographics provide you with a fast reliable transport service. Supplying you with crates to hold your documents, ready for collection. Our vehicles will pick them up and collect them with confidentiality assured. Completed work will then be returned to you or destroyed accordingly.
Document Preparation
After your documents have been collected they will be transported to our document preparation department where any staples or bindings are removed ready for scanning.
Document and Image Scanning
Using the latest technology for accuracy your documents will be scanned and indexed directly onto your chosen media. Once a document is scanned it cannot be lost and the original document can be destroyed, if required.
Document Destruction / Shredding
We guarantee to keep your documents for 1 month before destruction takes place. Alternatively, your documentation can be returned to you.
