The Microfilm Cartridge System
Is simply a roll of film which can be loaded onto a reader printer automatically. Documents microfilmed in this manner are in frozen sequence and it is therefore only suitable for applications where there is no update required.
For all financial documents such as sales and purchase invoices, statements and for various computer tabulations it is an ideal media. It can also be used for conventional files but not on a current basis since you cannot add to the information once microfilmed.
The Microfilm Jacket System
Offers one solution to the updating problem. A jacket will hold up to 5 strips of film each containing up to 12 documents (60 per jacket). The heading of your jackets would contain the same information as is written on your present files. It is possible to add further information as it is created
We can also digitise old microfilm, including 15mm, 35mm and aperture cards.
