MailStore software from IMR solves the problems of email regulatory compliance and records
retention by capturing email from Exchange or Outlook in a secure repository, so it can be selectively stored and managed as a record, and retrieved at any time. You can use MailStore for Exchange by itself, or combine it with MailStore for Outlook. The result - a solution that keeps both the system administrator and the end users happy. be set for individual mailboxes and include email address or domain, sender and recipient, and even

MailStore for Exchange
MailStore for Exchange is the scalable, Windows server compliance solution to capture, filter, parse, route and store message traffic from Exchange mailboxes without end-user intervention.

The administrator functions of MailStore for Exchange let you create new message archives and set
attributes such as read-only access or password protection. And archives can be labeled by date
to simplify removal when the regulatory back-up period expires. Rules can be set to automatically

regulations. Rules can include or exclude email based on selected domains, addresses, duplicate
messages, and even subject line content, allowing for real time message capture and processing.

MailStore for Outlook allows individual email users to selectively save and retrieve messages and
attachments. Archive and retrieval is a simple one-click operation from within Outlook. Messages,
including Outlook personal archives (pst files) can be placed into either a central, or separate repository and also integrated with other related files.
